September Success with AI – Day 1

It’s September, so it’s time to start my September Success with AI project. I have five projects I want to launch this month, each of them is fairly complex, and it would be more than enough work to focus on just one of them this month.

  • True To You: AI-powered content creation and online training to help you produce content that aligns perfectly with your voice and brand. (https://personalitai.net/…/true-to-you-creating…/)
  • Recruitable CPS: AI tools designed to give jobseekers that extra edge. (https://recruitablecps.com/)
  • Caregiver Companion: An AI-powered support app for isolated caregivers. (https://caregivercompanion.net/)
  • WhatWorx: Online coaching using generative AI to tackle various situations. (https://whatworx.net/)
  • KleerzAll: A tool I patented 15 years ago for quickly and easily moving leaves and small amounts of snow. (I need to create a site, so I’ll use AI to do that, too)

But, I wanted to demonstrate how you can use AI to do a lot in less time, so I’m going to push the limits of what it and I can do, and leverage it to the best of my ability. of the requirements for this month is that I need to not spend a ton of time executing on this launch plan.

Conventional wisdom says that I’m going to have to sink countless hours into preparing, planning, and executing, and not get a whole lot of sleep this month. But with the assistance of ChatGPT and other generative AI tools, I believe I’m going to be able to truncate that considerably.

I don’t plan to spend more than one hour a day working on these launches, but I do expect to have considerable reach and do much more with the AI than I could ever possibly imagine doing myself.

I laid down for my Sunday afternoon nap around 1:30 and set the alarm for 2:30. I was expecting to get up and jump right into it, however, I slept through the alarm and slept an extra two hours. I guess I needed the nap. So, I’m already starting out a little bit behind, but no worries.

I made myself some coffee, sat down and told it what I want to do. It helped me prioritize everything that I’m going to be doing this, which projects I’m going to be focusing on for each day, it gave me a content and promotion plan for each piece, and it also built in two days of, rest for strategy and planning each week. I made a video of the process while I was doing it, so you can see what I typed in and what came out of it.

I started with this prompt

I have five projects that I want to launch this month in September. All of them are very important to me, and I want to do a good job of launching them all, getting exposure for them, and figuring out next steps in terms of promoting and monetizing them. Please help me to figure out a lunch plan for them. I want to focus on a different project each day, five days a week, and take time off on Saturdays and Sundays to do other things and also strategize. Help me figure out which ones I should do on which days of the week, depending on how important they are to me, how impactful they can be for others, the potential earnings, as well as the reach.

We had a nice little conversation about priorities, timing, and what should be done. Here’s a video of how it went. Put on your own music and enjoy 🙂

And in the end, it gave me this:

Which I formatted in a separate document, printed out and have on my project whiteboard in my kitchen, where I’m always going to see it.

I’m off to a good start…
